I have been told many things about my work.   'I am too simple' 'I need colour' 'I need to expand and grow as an artist' Well today two of my pieces were turned down to a community because I stated that I used porn as a reference guide, (for the way that the body twists and folds). The end result wasn't even human any more and it had no reproductive or sexual characteristics. I was told that my reference was in "bad taste". This was a new one. Whatever.
